Welcome to New Hope Federation
We are a non-profit organisation (NPO). The services we provide include: advocacy, awareness, care and support, children services, counselling, HIV and AIDS programmes, information provision, referral services, training, education, development programmes and HIV counselling and testing (HCT/VCT).
New Hope Federation participates in education on prevention in HIV/AIDS and TB in Southern Africa among Faith based organizations, community organizations and the youth. We are in partnership with CABSA (Christian Aids Bureau of South Africa), NAPWA, Gauteng Department of Health, Aids Consortium and City of Johannesburg Health. We are in talks with SALGA to assist in the implementation of the AMICAALL program among the municipalities.
We are thus involved in both advocacy and implementation roles:
Advocacy Priorities:
- Reducing Stigma and Discrimination
- Ensuring Access to Treatment, Prevention and Care
- Increasing Resources for HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Tuberculosis, and Other Related Issues
- Promoting Greater Involvement by Affected Communities
